Our gym is not only designed for group classes…

ALL of our group classes are taught in separate areas/rooms from the main gym. That way our trainers and gym clients have their own space and equipment to choose from.

We carry only the top brands in commercial gym equipment. Our equipment selection consists of MATRIX, HAMMER STRENGTH & FREEMOTION.

We have a variety of plate loaded and pin loaded machines as well as functional equipment and cardio equipment spread throughout the facility.
