Membership Terms & Conditions — O2 Training Centre

By purchasing a membership, attending classes, or using the facilities, you (“Member”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership Agreement

Membership provides access to designated classes, training areas, and facilities in accordance with the membership type purchased. Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered Member.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, in person at O2 Training Centre.

  • Cancellations require 30 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.

  • Membership fees paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable.

  • Failure to attend classes or use the facility does not constitute cancellation.

  • The facility reserves the right to cancel a membership for violation of rules, misconduct, or non-payment.

3. Billing & Payments

  • Membership fees are billed according to the selected payment plan (monthly, annual, etc.).

  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension of access until payment is resolved.

  • Two consecutive failed payments may result in termination of contract with outstanding balance and contract being sent to collections.

  • The Member is responsible for keeping payment information current.

  • Memberships may be reviewed and price adjusted yearly based on inflation, facility costs or upgrades to the facility or offerings.

4. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

  • The Member acknowledges that physical training, martial arts, strength training, and fitness activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, permanent disability, or death.

  • The Member voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Member releases and holds harmless O2 Training Centre, its owners, staff, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation or facility use, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  • Members agree to follow all safety instructions and inform staff of any medical conditions that may affect participation.

5. Facility Rules & Conduct

  • Members must treat staff, other members, and guests with respect.

  • Unsafe behavior, harassment, or misuse of equipment may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

  • Appropriate attire and hygiene are required at all times.

6. Damage to Equipment or Property

  • Members are responsible for the proper use of all equipment and facilities.

  • Any intentional damage, negligent misuse, or vandalism may result in repair or replacement charges billed to the Member.

  • Members must report damaged or malfunctioning equipment immediately.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information collected is used for membership administration, billing, communication, and safety purposes.

  • O2 Training Centre will not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required by law or for essential business operations (e.g., payment processing).

  • Members may request access to or correction of their personal information at any time.

8. Photo & Video Consent

  • The facility may occasionally take photographs or videos during classes, events, or training sessions for promotional, educational, or social media purposes.

  • By signing this agreement, the Member grants permission for their likeness to be used without compensation.

  • Members who do not consent must notify management in writing.

9. CCTV & Surveillance

  • For safety and security, the premises are monitored by closed-circuit television (CCTV).

  • Surveillance footage may be used for incident investigation, safety compliance, and legal purposes.

  • By entering the facility, Members acknowledge and consent to video monitoring.

10. Health & Safety

  • Members confirm they are physically able to participate in fitness activities or have obtained medical clearance where necessary.

  • Members agree to follow all posted rules, staff instructions, and emergency procedures.

11. Suspension or Termination

O2 Training Centre reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund for:

  • Non-payment of fees

  • Violation of facility rules

  • Dangerous or abusive behavior

  • Illegal activities on the premises

12. PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training sessions must be scheduled with the trainer prior to the session. All sessions must be paid for in advance in order to book. In the case of a cancellation or rescheduled session, the trainer must be notified with 24 hours notice in order to cancel or reschedule. Otherwise, the client will be billed for the booked session time.

13. Changes to Terms

O2 Training Centre reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes where required.
